Let's talk deployment.

Tell us about your environment, your modules, your timeline. We come back with a module set, a bundle-size estimate, and a 30-minute live demo slot — on your hardware if you want.

After you hit send

What happens next.

No black box, no auto-replies. Here's the playbook from the moment your brief lands.

  1. 1

    Within 24 hours

A real engineer or PM reviews your brief, drafts a module set and a bundle-size estimate, and replies on email.

  2. 2

    Day 2–4

30-minute live demo on a sandbox or your own hardware — every module, every screen, every keyboard shortcut.

  3. 3

    Within a week

Pilot proposal: hardware bill, module list, deployment plan, timeline. Pilot can run airgapped, on-prem, or hybrid.

Quick answers

Before you write.

Can SPIDER® run fully airgapped?

Yes. The full bundle — Postgres, Ollama LLM, biometric models, Caddy, Harbor registry — is delivered as a single offline archive. No outbound network calls, no licence ping, no telemetry.

What hardware do we need for a pilot?

An x86_64 server with 64 GB RAM and a CUDA-capable GPU handles roughly 30 cameras with full analytics. We size precisely to the camera count and module list during the demo step.

Do you sign a Data Processing Agreement?

Yes — DPA, MSA and module-level SLAs are all on standard Tata templates. Custom terms are negotiable for government and PSU buyers.

Can we trial it before buying?

Most engagements start with a 4–6 week paid pilot at the customer's chosen site. Pilot fee is offset against the production order if you proceed.

Who owns the data on the platform?

You do. Operational data — video, sensor events, biometric enrolments — never leaves your network unless you explicitly enable an egress webhook. See privacy for the full statement.
